Reconnecting Your Account
Sometimes, KENJI loses its connection with your account. While this rarely happens, KENJI sends you an email automatically telling you to fix this issue.
Follow the steps provided on your dashboard, checking for any account that's paused and press on the settings button to start re-connection. You may have to follow these steps:
- Re-enter your account username and password when prompted
- Click on the link provided, written as Click Here
- Open the Instagram App to check if there is a "This Was Me" button
- Press on "This Was Me" inside your Instagram app in case this is presented to you
- Ensure that KENJI displays RUNNING on your dashboard.
