This is a rare occurrence but in case it does happen to you, there are a few reasons. The main reason is usually that you entered the wrong password, meaning KENJI couldn't establish a connection to your account.
We recommend you simply try to set up again to get KENJI working. As soon as your account says it's RUNNING on your dashboard, you'll be good to go.
